Background
As a direct result of the success of other development inputs within Barclays, Call of the Wild were asked to design and deliver a leadership programme for the graduates from Barclays Finance Academy. The Objectives The primary objective was for each delegate to be able to recognise, and develop appropriateleadership behaviours and transfer these to the workplace.
